Full job description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in testing modern e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing functional and regression testing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Execute manual testing where automation is not feasible.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools.
Validate APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Analyze test results and provide clear reports on product quality and release readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4–6 years of experience in QA Automation.
Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom-built commerce applications.
Experience using Figma to review UI/UX designs, prototypes, and design specifications.
Ability to validate application screens against Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and adherence to design systems.
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C# for automation scripting.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
Good understanding of SQL and database validation.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
