Role Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the marketing and business development activities of Almiya Group across its Solar, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Future Energy divisions. The role focuses on brand promotion, lead generation, digital marketing, event coordination, customer engagement, and sales support to strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Generate qualified business leads through social media, digital platforms, and field marketing.
- Manage and update the company website and social media accounts.
- Create marketing content including brochures, posters, videos, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate exhibitions, dealer meets, customer awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain customer and lead data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, media agencies, and digital marketing partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Build relationships with channel partners, customers, and business associations.
- Ensure consistent use of the Almiya Group brand across all marketing communications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, or B2B industries.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Pay: ₹24,853.39 - ₹33,803.96 per month
Work Location: In person
