Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, fixing product demonstrations, nurturing prospects and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is focused on creating quality opportunities for the Client Sales Team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Generate B2B leads through outbound calling.
- Contact business owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Identify customer requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Appointment Booking
- Schedule product demos.
- Coordinate demo timings with Client Sales team.
- Confirm appointments.
- Send meeting invitations.
- Follow up before scheduled demos.
Customer Communication
- Explain Sendvise products briefly.
- Handle initial customer queries.
- Share brochures and company profile.
- Collect customer requirements.
- Maintain professional communication.
CRM Management
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Record lead status.
- Track follow-up activities.
- Maintain customer database.
- Update lead source and remarks.
Lead Nurturing
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Re-engage inactive leads.
- Maintain regular communication.
- Build long-term relationships before handover.
Daily Activities
- 100–120 outbound calls.
- 40–50 WhatsApp follow-ups.
- 20 email follow-ups.
- 15–20 qualified leads.
- 5–8 demo appointments.
- CRM updates.
- Daily reporting.
Monthly KPIs
- 2,000+ outbound calls.
- 300+ qualified leads.
- 120+ demo appointments booked.
- 90% CRM accuracy.
- 95% follow-up completion.
- Daily activity reports submitted.

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
