Creative Strategist

Location: Kunnamkulam, Kerala

About Us

Saraswathy Group is a diversified business with operations in wholesale and retail pooja products, handlooms, dairy, consumer products, and e-commerce. We are building an in-house creative team to produce engaging content that connects with customers across digital platforms.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Creative Strategist who can develop innovative marketing ideas, plan content, and help grow our brands through compelling storytelling and campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy

Develop monthly content calendars for all brands.
Research trending topics, reels, and social media formats.
Generate fresh content ideas that align with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and festive marketing activities.

Creative Planning

Write creative briefs for videos, reels, and photo shoots.
Plan video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storytelling.
Work closely with the videographer and graphic designer to execute content.
Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and messaging.

Social Media Strategy

Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms.
Suggest creative ways to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor competitors and recommend new ideas to stay ahead.

Campaign Management

Plan campaigns around festivals, product launches, and promotions.
Coordinate with different business divisions for marketing activities.
Brainstorm ideas for advertisements, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement.

Performance & Improvement

Analyze content performance using insights and analytics.
Recommend improvements based on audience engagement and results.
Experiment with new formats and creative approaches.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital trends.
Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of video production and graphic design workflows.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience writing video scripts and reel concepts.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, or project management tools.
Experience working with consumer brands, retail, or e-commerce businesses.
Ability to understand customer behavior and convert ideas into engaging content.
