Detailed Role Description
This ideal candidate is responsible for analyzing site level data & autogenerated task from system. The engineer then prioritizes the task based on defined value proposition and creating relevant services task remotely to country service team.
The engineer also prepares a monthly report summarizing all site level observations, recommendation and action taken during the reporting period. The role involves deep understanding the analytics platform autogenerated configuring diagnostics for building automation systems, reviewing results from the underlying analytics, and working with customers to resolve deficiencies that have been identified. The candidate will work to help customers attain high performing buildings via these value-added data analytics services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Training will be made available to enable individuals with gaps to perform the primary duties

Deep understanding of building management systems(mandatory)
- Analyze analytics platform results and make recommendations to repair and optimize customer infrastructure.
- Provide remote triage to respond to customer emergencies or observations from analytics platform.
- Prioritize analytics findings based on comfort, maintenance concerns, and energy waste.
- Prepare and deliver reports to customers with recommendations to address system issues.
- Identify energy conservation measures and analyze energy usage to maximize savings.
- Analyze and optimize buildings advisor analytics platforms based on country/customer loopbacks.
- Perform remote preventive maintenance tasking and remote condition-based maintenance support.
- Train end users on analytics platform use.
- Other duties as assigned
(External) English Qualifications:
Education:
Engineering degree in a related discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Information Technology or Computer Science)
Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with BMS engineering, service, fault finding or commissioning.
- Sound technical knowledge and capability around networking systems and computer systems.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to internal or external customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working using both written and spoken EnglishBusiness Understanding:
- Understanding of the impact of work on others,Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, keen to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and with deadlines. Good computer skills
- Able to work across borders inside a global community of experts, involving online tools and expertise repository
