HVAC Design Engineer 3+ Experience)

About Us:

Envigaurd is a leading Turnkey Contracting firm specializing in the design and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale projects. With a proven track record in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, we take pride in contributing to the success of iconic structures such as airports, metro stations, shopping malls, corporate tech parks, and retail stores. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic MEP Design Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Participate in project planning meetings to define MEP scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project design.
HVAC System Design:
- Develop detailed Hvac design drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and local codes.
- Design HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems for large and complex structures, considering energy efficiency and sustainability.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MEP design and construction.
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of design documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with codes, and adherence to company standards.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and functionality of MEP systems.
Client Interaction:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical guidance.
- Present and explain MEP design concepts to clients and project stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Construction Support:
- Collaborate with the construction team to provide technical support during the implementation phase.
- Conduct site visits to ensure MEP systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and industry standards.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in preparing project budgets for MEP systems and monitor expenditures throughout the design and construction phases.
- Optimize resource utilization and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

2-3 Experience in HVAC Design
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
years of experience in MEP design for large-scale projects, with a focus on airports, metro stations, shopping malls, corporate tech parks, and retail stores.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Proficiency in MS excel will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
