About the Role
Atmantan Wellness Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Sales & Reservations to lead the Sales and Reservations functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, maximizing direct bookings, optimizing reservations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales and Reservations teams to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings, conversion rates, and guest acquisition.
- Drive sales of wellness programs, accommodation packages, and bespoke guest experiences.
- Oversee reservation operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest service.
- Manage lead generation, enquiry conversion, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, occupancy, and ARR (Average Room Rate).
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel advisors, wellness consultants, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to recommend business strategies.
- Oversee distribution channels, online booking platforms, and channel management systems.
- Negotiate contracts with corporate accounts, travel partners, and agencies.
- Analyze sales performance, booking trends, and revenue reports to drive business decisions.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Care, Wellness Operations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Sales and Reservations teams.
- Ensure exceptional service standards for high-value guests, repeat guests, and VIP clientele.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10–14 years in Sales and Reservations within luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness hospitality.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience in Sales and Reservations.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Sales, Reservations, and Revenue Management.
- Experience in wellness package sales and luxury hospitality.
- Excellent knowledge of PMS, CRM, Channel Management Systems, and reservation platforms.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels, direct booking strategies, and digital sales.
- Proven experience in revenue optimization, occupancy management, ARR, and conversion improvement.
- Excellent leadership, business development, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong guest relationship management with a focus on luxury service standards.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹12 – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
