Social Media Manager — Pixel Haus

About Pixel Haus

Pixel Haus is a Hyderabad-based branding and creative agency working with brands across real estate, food & beverage, fashion, and jewellery. We build identities, campaigns, and content that are intentional, bold, and built to perform. We're a small team that moves fast, thinks sharp, and holds our work to a high standard.

The Role

This is not a scheduling-and-posting job. We're looking for someone who will be the engine of the creative team — the person who sets the direction, drives the ideas, holds the team accountable, and ensures that every piece of content that goes out reflects both the client's brand and Pixel Haus's standard of work.

You will own the social media function end to end — from ideation and shoot planning to delivery and performance — across multiple client accounts simultaneously. You'll lead the creative team on ground, be the primary point of contact for clients, and be the person everyone looks to when a brief needs clarity, a shoot needs direction, or a deadline is on the line.

If you need to be told what to do every morning, this role will exhaust you. If you thrive on ownership and love the chaos of running multiple things at once — this is yours.

What You'll Own

Full creative and content strategy across client social media accounts spanning real estate, F&B, fashion, and jewellery
End-to-end involvement in brand shoots — concept, pre-production, on-ground direction, and post-production supervision
Monthly content calendars, campaign planning, and brief creation for the graphic design and video editing team
Day-to-day client communication — status updates, feedback loops, approvals, and relationship management
Performance tracking across platforms with actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
Keeping the creative team aligned, motivated, and on deadline

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably at an agency handling multiple brand accounts
Someone with a genuine creative instinct — you don't just manage content, you shape it
Strong leadership presence for someone early in their career — the team will look to you, and you need to be comfortable in that seat
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — client-facing from day one
Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — you understand what works and why
Ability to give clear, confident direction to designers and editors without micromanaging
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple client timelines without things slipping
An eye for aesthetics sharp enough to catch what's off before it goes live

Nice to Have

Prior experience planning or directing brand shoots
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or performance marketing basics
Experience across premium or lifestyle brand categories
