Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred)
Salary Range: ₹15000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by coordinating administrative activities, managing office resources, supporting various departments, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between employees, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and office services.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain meeting calendars.
- Assist in travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate visitor management and reception activities.
- Maintain asset registers and office equipment records.
- Monitor office cleanliness and ensure proper facility management.
- Prepare MIS reports and administrative reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle petty cash records (if assigned).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
