What is the Job Role

Plan and execute projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving issues and deviations from the plan.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Track project performance and report on project status to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report.

Job Type

: Steel detailing and engineering.

**Immediate Joiner would be preferred

Educational Qualification:

A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.

Work Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in project management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Software Proficiency Required:

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.

What are our Expectations

Excellent Analytical skills required
Ability to work under pressure in given deadlines.
Should be smart, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about the profession.
Work experience as a .NET Developer
Proficiency in building windows form App or WPF
In-depth knowledge of the .NET languages like C#
Additional skill preference: Java script, SQL, MySQL experience
Troubleshooting abilities
Good communication skills
Min. 3 years’ experience on development[plugin/tool/add-in] on top of any mechanical/civil software like Tekla, SDS/2, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. would be an added advantage.
