Your work profile
As a Senior Analyst – SRE DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines while supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering initiatives.
You will work closely with development, operations, and platform teams to implement DevOps and SRE best practices, ensuring application reliability, system scalability, and operational efficiency. Engineering services focus on delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performing cloud solutions using DevOps and SRE practices.The team supports design, implementation, and operations of enterprise-grade systems using cloud-native technologies, automation, and modern development practices.
- Apply DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system availability and performance
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications across environments
- Participate in incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and postmortems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
- Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Continuously enhance system stability, reliability, and observability

- Monitor application uptime, latency, and error rates
- Support incident resolution and participate in RCA discussions
- Contribute to improving MTTR and overall system reliability
- CI/CD & DevOps
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
- Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows
- Support release management activities
- Provision and manage cloud resources in:
- Azure / AWS environments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using:
- Terraform / ARM / Bicep (basic to intermediate level)
- Support multi-environment setup (Dev, UAT, Prod)
- Docker for containerization
- Kubernetes (AKS / EKS – basic to intermediate level)
- Support deployment of microservices
- Assist in scaling and managing workloads
- Configure and use monitoring tools:
- Azure Monitor, CloudWatch
- Prometheus, Grafana (basic exposure)
- Analyze logs and alerts to identify issues proactively
- Follow DevSecOps practices
- IAM / RBAC
- Secrets Management tools (Key Vault / Secrets Manager)
- Support compliance with security standards
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Assist in implementing:
- Auto-scaling
- Resource optimization
- Support cost optimization initiatives
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering
- Hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / Git)
- Understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep – working knowledge)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Kubernetes and containers
- Scripting skills:
- PowerShell / Bash / Python
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Understanding of:
- SRE concepts (SLI, SLO, error budgets)
- Knowledge of:
- DevSecOps practices
- Certification (good to have):
- Azure DevOps / AWS / Kubernetes
- Guide adoption of serverless and event-driven architectures using Lambda and SNS.
- Oversee cloud data and analytics platforms leveraging Databricks and LakeFlow.
- Manage cloud financials, FinOps, forecasting, chargeback/showback models, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and compliance teams to meet ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS requirements.
- 12+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud services, with 5+ years of deep AWS experience.
- Strong expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SNS, CloudWatch, Route 53.
- Extensive experience with Terraform and enterprise-scale IaC implementations. Experience with Databricks, LakeFlow, and cloud data platforms.
