Role Overview
Be Bodywise is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor and Motion
Graphics Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to create high quality, engaging video
content across digital platforms. This role is for someone with an AI first approach to
content creation, strong storytelling skills, and a proven portfolio of video edits and motion
graphics work.
The selected candidate will report primarily to the Design Lead BeBodywise and work
closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high performing videos for ads, social media, marketplaces, and brand
campaigns
- Create motion graphics, animated text, product explainers, reels, and performance
creatives
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, asset generation, voice, captions, and
production workflows
- Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, and brand teams to deliver
platform-first creatives
- Adapt content for Meta, YouTube, website, and other digital channels
- Maintain strong visual quality, pacing, branding, and storytelling across all outputs
- Stay updated on content trends, editing styles, and AI enabled creative workflows
Brand and Visual Consistency
- Maintain and evolve BeBodywise’s visual identity
- Ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints
- Uphold a clean, scientific, premium visual language
- Translate business and product strategy into strong visual storytelling
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing, copywriters and category managers
- Present design solutions confidently
- Translate briefs into structured visual approaches
- Iterate efficiently based on feedback
Ownership & Accountability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Take full ownership of assigned campaigns and timelines
- Work independently without constant supervision
- Proactively suggest improvements and creative optimizations
Required Experience
- Experience working with D2C, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and short-form video content for
Meta and other digital platforms
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- AI (Higgsfield, Nano banana, Seeddance, Kling, etc.)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and product presentation
- Ability to design for conversion (CTR-driven thinking)
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment
