Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept and ideation to final hand-off for development.
Create intuitive, user-focused designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance usability.
Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate design concepts.
Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Present design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to internal teams and senior stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve designs.
Define, maintain, and promote design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them thoughtfully to projects.
Contribute to motion design and micro-interactions to enhance overall user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and directly with developers.
Experience or interest in motion design is a plus.

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
