Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategise engaging and informative content for social media platforms (both organic and paid).
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
Formulate content calendars and content decks for brands focusing on social media.
Learn and devise strategies for performance marketing creatives. Analyse the hook rates, hold rates and conversion rates and recommend the optimum creative types and communication.
Monitor social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and content performance.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 4-5 years of experience in social media management.
Outstanding writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
