Adoptify AI helps organizations accelerate AI adoption, digital transformation, and business innovation, built heavily around Microsoft Copilot and the AdaptOps methodology. We are a young, fast-moving practice inside NetCom Learning's 28-year training and AI-skilling heritage — we've been training people on AI; now we help them actually adopt it.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing Practice Leader role. You will personally run scoping calls, design solutions, and own pricing and commercial proposals for AI adoption engagements — not manage a large existing team or inherit a built-out practice. As Adoptify's client base and delivery volume grow, this role is expected to evolve into a broader practice-leadership mandate (team building, partnerships, thought leadership). We are hiring for what the business needs today, with room to grow into what it will need next.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the person in the room with a CTO or CIO — technical enough to be credible, commercially sharp enough to price and scope a deal, and honest enough to say what we can and can't deliver at each stage of an engagement.
-
Run discovery and scoping calls directly with prospects — understand their environment, workflows, and constraints before proposing a solution.
-
Design and present solutions across our three engagement stages (Adopting / Adapting / Accelerating), tailored to what the client can realistically absorb and what we can realistically deliver.
-
Own pricing, effort estimation, and commercial proposal development, including aggregating third-party providers (LLMs, contact center platforms, etc.) into a coherent quote.
-
Manage client expectations honestly — distinguish what AI can do today from what requires a longer engagement, and say so plainly rather than overselling.
-
Support SOW development and validate that proposed scope maps to what delivery can actually execute.
Delivery Oversight (growing responsibility)
-
Guide delivery at a high level once an engagement is signed — you are not expected to be hands-on in execution, but you need enough technical depth to know when something is on track or at risk.
-
Ensure ROI and impact claims made to clients match the actual stage of the engagement (activation vs. adoption vs. measured financial return) — no promising a later stage's outcome before it's earned.
-
Feed field learnings back into our delivery templates and methodology.
Practice Building (phases in as volume grows — not a day-one requirement)
-
As the client base grows, take on recruiting and developing a small team of consultants.
-
Contribute to partnerships, market-facing activity, and eventually broader India practice strategy.
-
This track exists and is real — it is just not the immediate job.
-
8+ years in AI/technology consulting, solution engineering, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
-
Demonstrated experience personally running the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, demo, pricing, and close — not just supporting someone else who owns it.
-
Working technical depth in AI/GenAI, automation, or data platforms sufficient to hold a credible conversation with a CTO/CIO.
-
Comfort with commercial ownership: has priced deals, built proposals, and understands margin — not just delivered against someone else's SOW.
-
Direct, specific communication style — able to say "here's what this will and won't do" rather than defaulting to reassurance.
-
Experience across both product and services environments (understands the difference in how each is sold and delivered).
-
Prior exposure to setting up a practice, Center of Excellence, or new service line, even within a larger organization.
-
Comfort with ambiguity — this role is closer to "figure out the solution fresh each time" than "execute a known playbook."
Why Join Adoptify AI?
You'll be the technical and commercial face of our engagements from day one, with direct influence over what we sell, how we price it, and how we deliver it. As the practice grows, so does your scope — this is designed to be the seat someone grows a practice-leadership career from, not a fixed, static role.
