About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of design principles and AI-powered creative tools. If you're passionate about creating impactful visuals and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging visuals for social media, paid advertisements, email campaigns, website banners, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Design high-quality graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and generate supporting design assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and web development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
Build, organize, and maintain reusable design templates and brand assets.
Adapt designs for multiple formats, including digital, print, email, presentations, and website graphics.
Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.

Required Skills

2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator as primary design tools.
Solid understanding of layout composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
Basic working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet overlapping deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
A portfolio showcasing Canva and Adobe Creative Suite-based designs is mandatory. No portfolio, no interview.

Preferred Skills

Experience with branding and visual identity design.
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing using Canva or CapCut.
Knowledge of social media platform specifications and digital advertising creatives.
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
