Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Professional with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, and Dataiku to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine learning, model deployment, client engagement, and stakeholder management while driving AI innovation across business functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Development
- Identify business opportunities where AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI can deliver measurable value.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and LLM-based solutions.
- Build predictive, NLP, and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
Model Development & Deployment
- Develop robust ML and Deep Learning models.
- Build production-ready AI solutions using Python and Dataiku.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Generative AI & LLMs
- Develop applications using OpenAI and Large Language Models.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor data scientists and AI engineers.
- Establish best practices across the AI development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present AI solutions and business outcomes to clients and leadership teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI initiatives.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Drive innovation by prototyping new AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
- Strong expertise in Python, OpenAI/Generative AI, LLMs, and Dataiku.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- LangChain or LangGraph
- Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
- Cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,672,258.15 per year
