Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Professional with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, and Dataiku to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine learning, model deployment, client engagement, and stakeholder management while driving AI innovation across business functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Development

Identify business opportunities where AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI can deliver measurable value.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and LLM-based solutions.
Build predictive, NLP, and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.

Model Development & Deployment

Develop robust ML and Deep Learning models.
Build production-ready AI solutions using Python and Dataiku.
Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Generative AI & LLMs

Develop applications using OpenAI and Large Language Models.
Design prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows.
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Technical Leadership

Mentor data scientists and AI engineers.
Establish best practices across the AI development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Present AI solutions and business outcomes to clients and leadership teams.
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI initiatives.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Generative AI.
Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Drive innovation by prototyping new AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
Strong expertise in Python, OpenAI/Generative AI, LLMs, and Dataiku.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions.
Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

LangChain or LangGraph
Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
Cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)
