Salesforce Automation QA Engineer – Copado CRT

Job Type: Contract (C2C)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation framework development, Salesforce testing, SOQL validation, and end-to-end integration testing. This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute automation frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce data and business processes using SOQL.
Execute end-to-end integration testing across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and reusable test assets.
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
Lead QA best practices, test planning, and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of overall QA Automation experience.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Testing experience.
2+ years of practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Strong experience in automation framework development.
Good knowledge of SOQL for Salesforce data validation.
Hands-on experience in integration and end-to-end testing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

ISEB or ISTQB Certification.
Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring QA team members.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and project delivery timelines.
Strong understanding of Salesforce testing best practices and automation strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
