Core Responsibilities

Generate Quotations: Create accurate, detailed, and professional sales quotations, techno-commercial offers, and proforma invoices based on customer specifications and technical drawings.
Pricing Updates: Ensure all quotations align with the latest company pricing strategies, profit margins, and volume discounts.
Tender & Proposal Prep: Assist in compiling documents for government or corporate tender bids and RFQs (Requests for Quote).

Customer Coordination & Follow-up

Lead Tracking: Follow up on pending inquiries, outstanding quotations, and open opportunities to convert them into confirmed orders.
Pre- and Post-Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding product features, pricing, and credit terms.
Feedback & Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Key Requirements & Skills
Gender: Male/Female
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 03 - 06 yrs
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
