Sutram Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an early-stage startup building AI-powered Educational ERP and Learning Management Systems (LMS). We aim to transform educational institutions through intelligent automation, seamless digital experiences, and scalable technology.
We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer Intern to join our product development team. The intern will work with developers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to build, test, and deliver high-quality mobile applications.
The role involves developing cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, integrating REST APIs, implementing UI/UX designs, debugging issues, testing features, and contributing to real-world product development.
Internship OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components based on designs.
- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional applications.
- Develop screens, forms, dashboards, navigation, and interactive components.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON data, authentication, and backend services.
- Implement application functionality according to product requirements.
- Work with backend developers and UI/UX designers for seamless integration.
- Implement appropriate state management and application data handling.
- Handle loading states, validation, errors, and API failures.
- Debug and resolve UI, functional, integration, and performance issues.
- Perform functional and regression testing of mobile features.
- Coordinate with QA engineers to reproduce and fix reported bugs.
- Use Git/GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Assist with Android APK/AAB builds and application releases.
- Maintain basic technical documentation for implemented features.
- Participate in daily Scrum/stand-up meetings and provide progress updates.
- Track tasks using Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
- Identify blockers and communicate technical challenges proactively.
- Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them within timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Basic understanding of OOP and mobile application development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Understanding of state management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Firebase or local storage is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Android Studio and APK/AAB builds is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
