Flutter Developer – Internship
We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer Intern who has a strong interest in mobile application development and wants to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects for both Android and iOS.
Internship Details
- Position: Flutter Developer Intern
- Duration: 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Experience: Fresher / Students / Recent Graduates
- Stipend/Compensation: After successfully completing the 3-month internship, you may start receiving ₹5,000/month, based on your performance, skills, consistency, and overall contribution to the project/company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces
- Develop applications for both Android and iOS
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Implement authentication, forms, notifications, and other app functionalities
- Work with databases and cloud services where required
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with the backend and frontend development teams
- Follow clean, maintainable, and scalable coding practices
- Participate in the complete mobile application development lifecycle
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Flutter
- Strong understanding of Dart
- Basic to good knowledge of Android & iOS development
- Understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and state management
- Experience with REST API integration
- Knowledge of JSON and HTTP requests
- Understanding of Firebase and services such as Authentication, Cloud Firestore, or Push Notifications
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Understanding of responsive UI development
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot mobile applications
- Basic understanding of Android Studio and Xcode
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
- Macbook for IoS Development
- Knowledge of Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- Experience with Google Maps/location-based features
- Knowledge of local storage such as Hive or SharedPreferences
- Understanding of app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Experience consuming third-party APIs
- Basic understanding of mobile app security and performance optimization
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Important Information
After successfully completing the 3-month internship, you may start receiving ₹5,000/month, based on your performance, skills, consistency, and overall contribution to the project/company.
During the internship, your technical skills, problem-solving ability, consistency, learning attitude, quality of work, and overall contribution will be evaluated.
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Codepillars after successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and available positions.
Full-time employment is not guaranteed solely on completion of the internship.
