Job Description
Provide expertlevel application support focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Javabased applications Utilize MySQL skills for database management query optimization and performance tuning Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to maintain seamless application functionality Monitor application health and perform root cause analysis for incidents affecting application stability Support deployment activities using Azure DevOps pipelines and validate application functionality postrelease Document application support processes known issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application reliability and efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for application support issues within the assigned domain Analyze and resolve complex application problems promptly to minimize downtime Perform database tuning and query optimization using MySQL to improve application responsiveness Develop and maintain automation scripts or tools to streamline routine support tasks Liaise with crossfunctional teams to coordinate incident resolution and implement preventive measures Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and participate in change management activities related to application support Manage and optimize CICD pipelines in Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and deployment
