Job Title: HR Intern – Talent & Operations (Telecalling Team Management)

Company: Memoir Tale Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Internship (3 months, extendable)
Stipend: Performance-based + Certificate + PPO opportunity

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to support the recruitment and management of our growing telecalling team. You will play a key role in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and tracking performance.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain real HR operations experience while working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and filter applications received for Telecaller roles.
Schedule and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and training for selected candidates.
Maintain attendance, performance, and incentive tracking for callers.
Act as the first point of contact for caller queries/issues.
Assist in building HR systems and processes for scaling the team.

Who We’re Looking For

Students or fresh graduates in HR / Management (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication and people management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a startup environment.
