You are a passionate Full Stack engineer, first and foremost — someone with strong engineering fundamentals who is deeply productive in — or ready to go deep on — TypeScript, Node.js, and React. You take end-to-end ownership of features: from intuitive user interfaces to scalable backend services. You write reusable, robust, and maintainable code and embrace Test-Driven Development to deliver high-quality, cloud-ready software.
You are fluent in AI-native, agentic software development — pairing with coding agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc., as force multipliers, practicing spec-driven development, and applying the same rigor to agent-generated code as to any human PR. You are curious about emerging technology trends, especially agentic workflows, generative AI, and modern automation frameworks, and you bring that curiosity into the solutions you design.

Designing and building highly scalable, performant full-stack applications using Node.js and TypeScript, ready for cloud deployment.

Accelerating delivery through agentic development practices — decomposing features into well-scoped, agent-executable tasks, providing agents the right context, and rigorously reviewing and validating their output before merge.

Writing resilient, maintainable backend services backed by relational databases.

Implementing high-traffic web applications from designs provided by the UX team, using ReactJS and NextJS.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive test suites using Jest and Playwright.

Participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Owning a product module and driving it through the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and UX designers.

Staying current with industry trends — particularly automation, AI, and workflow orchestration — and influencing improvements to the technology stack.

5+ years of experience building high-performance, resilient backend services in any modern language (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, Python, C#) — with the aptitude and willingness to work primarily in TypeScript.

A track record of learning new languages, frameworks, and paradigms quickly — we value engineering excellence over any specific stack.

Strong frontend development skills with React or a comparable modern framework; production experience with ReactJS/NextJS and TypeScript is a plus.

Proficiency with relational databases and data modeling.

Strong understanding of OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows.

Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.

Practical experience with modern build and tooling ecosystems (Git, plus bundlers/package managers such as Webpack, Vite, or NPM/pnpm).

Hands-on experience in automated testing — unit, integration, and end-to-end (Jest and Playwright, or equivalents like Vitest or Cypress).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Knowledge of the message broker pattern, using at least one message queuing service.
