Indian Electricals - Sales Consultant

Freshers with excellent communication skills, an interest in sales, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Consultant to support the sales team by managing customer communications, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Handle client communication through emails and phone calls.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
Assist with order tracking and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Work on Tally and Microsoft Excel for sales and inventory-related tasks.
Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales department.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a back-office role.
Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and professional email communication.
Good written English with the ability to draft client-facing emails independently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in an electrical, trading, or B2B company is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
