Job Summary

Gravton Motors is looking for enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Trainees who are passionate about customer engagement, business development, and brand building.

This opportunity is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students in their final year, as well as fresh graduates from any stream, irrespective of pass-out batch, academic percentage, or pass/fail status. The role provides practical exposure to sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development while working with one of India's growing electric mobility companies.

The role includes a combination of onsite office responsibilities and field assignments, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Responsibilities

Handle CRM calls and follow up with leads and customers.
Manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing operations.

Field Responsibilities

Execute field sales and marketing activities to promote Gravton Motors' products and create brand awareness.
Visit colleges, educational institutions, commercial establishments, residential communities, dealerships, and public locations to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions while addressing customer queries.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand market trends and customer preferences.
Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Represent Gravton Motors professionally during field visits, exhibitions, promotional events, and activations.
Maintain daily reports on field activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate students (final year) or fresh graduates from any discipline.
Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
Willingness to travel for field assignments whenever required.
Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000.
The role includes a mix of onsite office work and field assignments based on business requirements.
All approved travel and work-related expenses incurred during field assignments will be borne by Gravton Motors.
Hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, CRM, customer management, and the electric vehicle industry.
