7 years of professional experience in Pavement design and Pavement evaluation techniques
At least 3 years of professional experience in Pavement design using AASHTO/DMRB methods
Ability to design and lead Road Pavement design projects
Working knowledge of Heavy duty pavements (Port and Airfield)
Working knowledge of concrete pavement and flexible pavement design
Knowledge of UK/International pavement engineering demonstrated by the experience of
pavement design and investigation.
Experience of pavement investigation projects for maintenance design and failure investigation
Knowledge of materials behaviour underlying standard specifications.
Knowledge of roads operation, maintenance and renewal practices.
Ability to understand the scope and limits of responsibility between various engineering
disciplines and project support groups.
Experienced in Leading teams and People management
Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Chartered member or close to achieve the Chartership Status with the UK Engineering Council through a recognised professional institution (ICE or CIHT)
