We are thrilled to announce our major expansion into Bengaluru! We have now opened our premium outlets at Mall of Asia and Forum South Bengaluru Mall, bringing our signature dining experience to the Silicon Valley. As we grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our pioneering team in the city.
Role Overview: We are seeking a poised, articulate, and professional to be the face of our new Bengaluru outlets. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests' experience, embodying the warmth and sophistication that CREAM CENTRE is famous for.
Key Responsibilities:
Warm Reception: Greet guests with a professional demeanor, manage the door, and escort them to their tables efficiently.
Reservation Management: Handle phone and online reservations, confirm bookings, and manage special requests for our new clientele in Bengaluru.
Queue & Waitlist Management: Professionally manage guest flow during peak hours, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and kitchen staff to monitor table status and ensure seamless seating rotation.
Brand Ambassadors: Answer queries about our Mumbai heritage, menu specialties, and the new Bengaluru outlets.
Standards: Maintain the host stand and entrance area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Certification in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Hindi or Kannada is a strong advantage.
Experience:
Preferred: 1+ year of experience as a Hostess/Front Office Executive in a reputed fine-dining restaurant or 5-star hotel. Freshers with exceptional grooming, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
Soft Skills:
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance. Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude. Ability to work calmly under pressure in a high-volume environment. Flexible availability for shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
