We are looking for an experienced #Technical #Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in #Java, #Angular, and #SQL, along with experience managing software development teams, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of software developers and QA engineers.
* Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.
* Drive Agile development practices and improve engineering processes.
* Monitor engineering metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, and code quality.
* Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Review system architecture and recommend technology improvements.
* Identify and reduce technical debt while improving application scalability.
* Mentor Team Leads and Senior Developers, supporting their technical and leadership growth.
* Participate in hiring, capacity planning, and performance management.
## Required Skills
* Strong understanding of *Java, Angular, and SQL*.
* Experience with *Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines*.
* Knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and SDLC.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
* 8–12 years of overall software development experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Manager or Engineering Manager role.
* Experience managing teams of 10+ developers and QA engineers.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
