Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
Execute Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Lead Generation, and Remarketing campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Campaign Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad creatives, and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Optimize key metrics including Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend optimization strategies based on data.
Present campaign performance updates to stakeholders.

Audience Research & Market Analysis

Conduct audience research to identify target customer segments.
Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Build and optimize remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

Budget Management

Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign spend and optimize budget allocation.
Forecast campaign performance and recommend budget adjustments based on results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and web developers to develop high-performing campaigns.
Collaborate on landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
Support integrated digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and industry best practices.
Identify new growth opportunities, tools, and automation techniques.
Recommend process improvements to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bid management.
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Manager.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Hands-on Experience With

Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Business Manager
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
