Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic Client Relations & Social Media Executive to join our front-office and operations team at our KPHB center. In this dual role, you will be the primary voice connecting clients and parents with our counseling services, while also managing our digital community presence.

No prior expert experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training in client communication, counseling service frameworks, and modern digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement & Front-Office Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via Phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram DMs.
Warmly greet visiting clients and guide them through Emora’s counseling, wellness, and assessment programs.
Schedule, confirm, and maintain daily appointment calendars for in-house psychologists and counselors.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with past inquiries, send session reminders, and manage appointment rescheduling smoothly.
Maintain organized digital logs of client feedback, inquiries, and attendance.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Plan and schedule weekly engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and local digital channels.
Design simple, aesthetically appealing posters, flyers, and short video reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
Write catchy, professional captions and promotional content for upcoming workshops, events, and community wellness programs.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and leads generated from online campaigns.
Track basic weekly performance metrics (inquiries generated, post engagement, conversion rate).

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or Arts).
Language Proficiency: Strong spoken and written communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus).
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Instagram Reels/Posts, WhatsApp Business, and graphic tools like Canva (or willingness to learn quickly).
Soft Skills: Empathetic listener, polite phone etiquette, highly organized, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our center in KPHB Colony, Hyderabad (Candidates residing in KPHB, Kukatpally, JNTU, Nizampet, or Pragathi Nagar will be prioritized).
