Essential Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject/Graduate degree with
Qualifications B.Sc. Nursing / field experience + three Years post qualification experience or PG with field experience.
& Experience
Desirable • Prior experience in conducting community-based research.
- Experience in fieldwork and willingness to work extensively in rural field areas (this is a
completely field-based position).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with postnatal
mothers, community members, and health workers.
- Knowledge of RMNCH+A (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent
Health) National Programs.
- Experience in conducting training sessions for health workers and participating in their
monthly review meetings.
- Experience in qualitative data collection, including:
o Direct observations
o Interviews with mothers
o Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Proficiency in digital technology, including data collection and data entry using tablets (Tab).
- Good command of Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in rural and community settings with frequent travel to field locations.

project, and neither IIIT Delhi nor the Principal Investigator nor the funding agency is obligated to offer permanent
employment.

Working Place
The job requires field work in the villages of district Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Principal Investigator
