Job Description – SMO Executive Position

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, designing creatives, running digital advertising campaigns, and executing email marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Create engaging social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.

Plan, schedule, and publish social media content based on the marketing calendar.

Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).

Design and execute Email Marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to improve campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate with the design, sales, and development teams for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising best practices.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Proficiency in Canva for designing social media creatives.

Experience in Meta Ads Manager.

Experience in Google Ads campaign management.

Knowledge of Email Marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of SEO principles is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

Experience in B2B marketing will be preferred.
