Project Role : User Experience Engineer
Project Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Project Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform (PaaS) using Visual Builder (VBCS).
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Visual Builder, leading offshore teams while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional business teams. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions and ensure seamless integration across Oracle SaaS modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on Oracle Visual Builder
Act as the PaaS SME, driving solution design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions
Build, configure, and maintain VBCS applications integrated with Oracle SaaS and PaaS services
Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across cross-functional modules
Serve as the primary point of contact for the offshore PaaS workstream and ensure alignment with onshore and client teams
Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support for Visual Builder applications
Oversee integration with REST/SOAP APIs, workflow orchestration, and data management
Ensure compliance with client Fusion Cloud development standards, security, governance, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, UX, and maintainability
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
Lead and mentor offshore team members to ensure high performance and delivery quality

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) – application development, customization, and deployment
Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration
Hands-on knowledge of front-end UI design and reactive applications
Experience integrating VBCS applications with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules
Familiarity in working with OIC, ATP DB, PL/SQL and BIP reports.
Knowledge of security, authentication, and role-based access configuration
Familiarity with Oracle JET, JavaScript, and Fusion Cloud development best practices
End-to-end experience in application lifecycle management: design build deploy support
Experience in handling CICD Pipeline using OCI platform.
Experience leveraging AI technologies to build, optimize, and enhance business
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Qualifications:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS development
Oracle Fusion Cloud Visual Builder / PaaS certification preferred
Proven experience in large-scale Fusion Cloud extension and application programs
15 years of full-time education required

Role Location: Bangalore, India
Experience in multi-module Fusion Cloud programs is highly preferred
Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
