Full job description

JOB DESCRIPTION & SOP – WHOLESALE SALES COORDINATOR

Reporting Managers – Sales - Marketing Manager

Stock- Inventory Manager

Ø Assure the godown functioning will start at 9.00 am

Ø Verify the balance of the cash bag with that of the previous day's cash book before it is deposited into the cash drawer.

Ø Prepare a sales order based on the requirements provided by the ASM or TSM and hand over the order to the godown supervisors for the purpose of making arrangements. Any booking or checking that needs to be performed should be delegated to supervisors.

Ø After completing the loading, the sales order must be cross-checked before it can be processed into an invoice.

Ø Make sure the prepared invoice is cross-checked by another person. Once cross-checking has been done, take the E-way bill and the E-Invoice. Take 4 copies of the final invoice (original, duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate) and hand 3 copies (original, duplicate, triplicate) to the supervisor for final review.

Ø In B2C sales, we make two copies (original and duplicate) of the invoice and give it to the salesman

Ø Process transfer outs, Sales Chellans, Purchase Chellans, and quotations if necessary.

Ø Upon approval by the marketing manager, settle the driver's bata and cross-verify the same with the bata advance.

Ø Workers' wages will be settled every Saturday evening after getting approval from the inventory manager.

Ø In the event that there are any petty cash payments, they should be approved by the relevant department before proceeding with the payment.

Ø Verify that the E-Invoice is generated for all sales that happened on the same day by taking the 'E-Invoice not generated' report from the ERP Software and sending the screenshot to the accounts reports group.

Ø Verify the cash balance with software and cash book. Put the cash bag in the locker once the balance is verified.
