Job Description
1-3 years of experience in HR shared services or a solid understanding of the employee hire-to-retire lifecycle from an HR perspective (preferably US HR) Willingness to work complete night/graveyard shifts. Flexibility for rotational weekly offs and shifts. Availability to work five days from the office. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent organizational skills with the initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks. Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and other human capital management software. Reliable remote work environment with access to a secure wireless network and strong cellular service (not Wi-Fi calling) for contingency support.
To provide expert support to the HRBS team in terms of process & system knowledge and execution of analytical activities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes (HR Data Administration,) and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
- Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities on employee data management as well as the HR systems and escalate to team lead as necessary
- Executes validation of employee data management & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
- Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
