Full job description

Job Purpose:

To support the company's marketing and branding initiatives through creative graphic design, digital marketing activities, content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design creative marketing materials including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Develop visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create and edit graphics, images, videos, reels, and other multimedia content for digital platforms.
Manage and update the company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to promote company products and services.
Coordinate with different departments to understand marketing requirements and develop creative solutions accordingly.
Assist in creating engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor digital marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and social media engagement metrics.
Support lead generation activities through digital marketing initiatives and online promotions.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual communication across all marketing channels.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media developments, design techniques, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, agencies, and service providers whenever required.
Maintain an organized library of marketing materials, design files, digital assets, and campaign records.
Assist in planning and executing seasonal promotions, special campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities.
Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and social media growth.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time in line with business requirements.

General Clause:

The employee shall carry out all responsibilities with professionalism, creativity, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures while supporting the overall marketing and business objectives of the organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
