Job Summary

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through the property buying process from initial inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
