Job Title: Performance Marketer | Google Ads Manager | SEO Specialist

Location: Noida (On-site)

We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in Mobile App Development, Web Development, Enterprise Software, AI Solutions, OTT Platforms, Cloud Services, and Digital Transformation. We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Performance Marketer who has strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO to drive qualified B2B leads and improve our online presence.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads for IT services while improving organic search rankings, website traffic, and overall digital marketing performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
Generate high-quality B2B leads for IT services.
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI/ROAS.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Create dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Perform keyword research and search intent analysis.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as crawl errors, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile usability.
Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website health.
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices.
Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations.
Perform competitor SEO analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Content & Digital Marketing

Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
Optimize content for search intent and user engagement.
Support email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities and growth channels.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager.
Strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO).
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Google Search Console.
Google Business Profile Optimization.
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Keyword research and competitor analysis.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Landing Page Optimization.
HTML/CSS basics for SEO implementation.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
Experience using Looker Studio for reporting.
Understanding of AI-assisted content optimization tools.
Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications (Preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
Experience working with an IT company, software development firm, or digital agency is highly preferred.
