Your Role
-
Analyze, research, and process client requests in accordance with established procedures, utilizing internal resources and multiple systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.

Evaluate inquiries, exceptions, rejected transactions, and service-related issues to determine priority, urgency, and appropriate resolution while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.

Conduct account research, process financial and non-financial transactions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve requests accurately and within established service standards.
-
Assess client requests, interpret procedural guidelines, and determine appropriate processing actions while ensuring adherence to departmental policies, controls, and service standards.

Take ownership and accountability for assigned work, proactively escalating critical issues, risks, or concerns when appropriate.
-
Monitor and maintain quality, productivity, efficiency, and turnaround standards established by the department, while continuously incorporating feedback to improve performance and reduce errors.

Document inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and communication activities accurately and thoroughly in accordance with recordkeeping and compliance requirements.

Initiate outbound communications, where required, to obtain information, clarify requests, or facilitate issue resolution, ensuring all interactions are appropriately documented.

Contribute to team goals, operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, daily team forums, and departmental projects that enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise through ongoing learning, training, and cross-skilling opportunities to support evolving business and client needs.

Collaborate effectively with team members, management, trainers, coordinators, onshore partners, and other business areas to support operational objectives and deliver a high-quality client experience.

What we look for

Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and mutual fund terminology.

Financial services knowledge.

1-2 years of work experience from a similar industry, customer service environment, or transaction processing.

Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and take ownership of self-development.

Ability to contribute to team and process improvement initiatives, including daily MDIs and departmental projects.

Experience handling customer requests and processing financial and non-financial transactions on behalf of internal clients.

Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and focus on detailed information under pressure.

Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn from feedback and apply new learning to improve work quality and reduce errors.

Ability to follow departmental policies and procedures as updated from time to time.

Ability to work effectively independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

Proficiency with keyboarding and computer fundamentals in a Windows environment.

Basic mathematical skills.
Academic Requirements
-
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance preferred.

Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, and undergraduate studies.
