Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the configuration of system profiles within the access provisioning tool based on gathered requirements

Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather information necessary to set the strategy for access provisioning and influence adoption of internal tools

Document business and technical processes surrounding user access provisioning

Develop and extend monitoring reports on the health, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IAM service

Act in a strategic capacity for Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies, tools and processes across the organization for both on-prem and cloud-based solutions

Lead and support migration of applications and domains to our enterprise provisioning tool(s)

Establish and manage overall project plans for small to medium size efforts

Provide provisioning administration training to Business and IT users

Lead and collaborate in defining and executing the IAM strategy with considerations for both legacy and net-new technologies

Influence organizational change through the development and adoption of access management solutions based on industry best practices

Analyzes and investigates synchronization exceptions

Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
