The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and housekeeping coordination.
Vendor Management: Handle procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with office vendors.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees as required.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain company records, contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
IT & Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with IT support to ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
