Job Description: Sales Executive – Patient Relationship & Business Development

Location: Aurum Swasthya – Integrative Healing Centre, Greater Noida

Aurum Swasthya is an Integrative Healing Centre committed to providing holistic healthcare through Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Physiotherapy, Yoga, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Medicine. Our mission is to help individuals achieve lasting wellness by addressing the root cause of illness through personalized, evidence-informed care.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and empathetic Sales Executive who can build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing patients. The ideal candidate will educate individuals about Aurum Swasthya's services, understand their health concerns, confidently recommend suitable therapies, and convert enquiries into appointments.

This is a patient counselling and conversion role, not a telecalling position. The Sales Executive will represent Aurum Swasthya with warmth, professionalism, and integrity while contributing to the centre's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Counselling & Sales

Welcome and interact with walk-in visitors professionally.
Understand patients' health concerns through active listening.
Explain Aurum Swasthya's therapies, wellness programmes, and treatment packages in simple, convincing language.
Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment enrolments.

Appointment Management

Contact prospective patients who have enquired through phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, or referrals.
Follow up with interested patients and encourage them to schedule consultations.
Confirm appointments and coordinate schedules with doctors and therapists.

Patient Relationship Management

Ensure every patient receives a warm and personalised experience.
Maintain long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups.
Collect patient feedback and coordinate with the clinical team to improve patient satisfaction.

Business Development

Promote health camps, wellness packages, seasonal offers, and preventive health programmes.
Generate referrals through satisfied patients and professional networks.
Assist in organising awareness camps, corporate wellness programmes, and community outreach activities.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, conversions, and follow-ups.
Assist Brand Manager with using the CRM.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Hospitality, or related fields preferred).
2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, wellness centres, hospitals, clinics, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer relationship management.
Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and convincing abilities may also be considered.

Desired Skills

Excellent communication skills and strong persuasion abilities.
Pleasant personality with a patient-centric attitude.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
