Profile Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships with resorts and other businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to help establish various business models and partnerships to drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential business opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market dynamics and identify areas for differentiation.

Strategic Partnership Development

Identify and prioritize potential partners, including resorts, hotels, and other businesses, based on strategic fit and growth potential. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to establish partnerships that drive mutual value and support business objectives.

B2B Sales and Client Acquisition

Lead the B2B sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, and negotiate terms and contracts to close deals.

Associate and Affiliate Management

Cultivate and maintain relationships with associates, affiliates, and industry partners to leverage their networks and resources for business development. Explore opportunities for collaboration, cross-promotion, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure and reach.

Governmental Liaison and Compliance

Serve as a primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for business operations, and stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks.

Ad Hoc Tasks and Special Projects

Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs. Execute assigned tasks with utmost accountability, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Knowledge

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

● Experience: Fresher, Preferred 1 year of experience in business development and operations.

● Knowledge of tourism industry.

● Good communication (written & verbal).

● Professional and pro-active personnel.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
