Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with
extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise
solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong
expertise in custom application development, Financial Services Operations (FSO),
integrations, workflow automation, and Service Portal customization while adhering
to ServiceNow development best practices.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-
functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications using App Engine
Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
Develop and enhance Custom Applications based on business and client
requirements.
Implement, configure, and support Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications
and workflows.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using:

Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using JavaScript.
Design and implement workflow automations using:

Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and optimize application

Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and support migration
activities across environments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and client
stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.
Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
Hands-on experience in developing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS and
Bootstrap.
Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Additional ServiceNow certifications in FSO or Application Development are highly
preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
