Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, event coordination, and employer branding. The candidate should also be proficient in creating presentations, drafting professional emails, and managing social media platforms to enhance the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate team outings, festivals, rewards & recognition programs, and internal events.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace culture.
Communication & Administration
- Draft professional emails, HR announcements, policies, and internal communications.
- Prepare presentations (PPTs) for management meetings, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employer Branding & Social Media
- Manage the company's social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for employer branding.
- Create engaging content highlighting company culture, achievements, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and branding initiatives.
HR Operations
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.
- Experience in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and employer branding.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
