About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Content Marketing Specialist (Copywriter) who has excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills.
The ideal candidate should be capable of creating educational, marketing, and brand content across multiple digital platforms while working closely with founders and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
Educational & Course Content
· Create structured online course content.
· Design curriculum, lesson plans, modules, assessments, worksheets, and assignments.
· Develop workbooks, journals, templates, checklists, and implementation guides.
· Improve existing course content based on learner feedback.
YouTube & Video Content
· Research trending wellness and personal growth topics.
· Write YouTube scripts.
· Develop video titles, hooks, descriptions, CTAs, and thumbnail concepts.
· Coordinate with video editors for publishing.
Social Media & Founder Branding
Create engaging content for:
· LinkedIn
· Instagram
· Facebook
· WhatsApp
· Community Platforms
Develop:
· Founder thought leadership content
· Educational posts
· Success stories
· Reels scripts
· Inspirational content
· Community engagement campaigns.
Marketing Content
Create high-converting content including:
· Landing Pages
· Sales Pages
· Blogs
· Email Campaigns
· WhatsApp Campaigns
· Newsletters
· Case Studies
· Customer Stories
· Product Descriptions
· Sales Brochures
· Lead Magnets (eBooks, Guides, Templates & Checklists)
Product & Program Content
Develop content for:
· Online Courses
· Online Programs
· Physical Programs
· Wellness Products
· MP3 Frequency Tracks
Research & Content Strategy
· Research audience behaviour and market trends.
· Study competitors.
· Build monthly content calendars.
· Analyse content performance and recommend improvements.
Book Writing & Publishing
· Collaborate with founders to write books and eBooks.
· Convert webinars, podcasts, workshops, and training sessions into publishable content.
· Write, edit, proofread, and refine manuscripts.
· Repurpose book content into blogs, newsletters, social media, YouTube scripts, podcasts, and learning resources.
· Coordinate with editors, designers, and publishing teams.
Required Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Educational Content, or related field.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Strong storytelling and research abilities.
· Knowledge of digital marketing.
· Ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
