Social Media Executive

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media platforms

Plan monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and posting schedules aligned with brand goals

Design and publish creative posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos to increase engagement and reach

Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content that reflect the brand voice

Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation

Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively

Coordinate influencer marketing, giveaway campaigns, and promotional collaborations

Stay updated with competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility

Support digital marketing initiatives, website promotions, and brand-building activities across platforms

Desired Skills:

Strong creativity with a good understanding of modern social media trends

1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube management

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar creative tools

Knowledge of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content strategy

Experience managing Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms is a plus

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Basic understanding of branding, marketing psychology, and content planning

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a remote work environment

Salary:

INR 20K to 22K based on skill set

Location:

Preferred Remote Location: Surat, India
