Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned business units and functions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Facilitate offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure timely closure of open requisitions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders on workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives.
- Provide guidance on job design, compensation benchmarking, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Track industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and labor market insights.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
- Leverage ATS and recruiting technologies to manage candidate workflows and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring objectives.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence.
- Partner with marketing, HR, and business teams to promote the employee value proposition.
